As a further expansion of our services we are offering dry and weather-protected indoor berths as from now.
The site for the dry berths with a size of 7 hectares is situated near the boat harbour of Saint-Jean-de-Losne. For indoor storage there are heated buildings which can accomodate boats from 5 to 20 m in length.
To guarantee the safety of the boats and other equipment, the entire site is fenced in, guarded and additionally secured by an alarm system.
An indoor berth will contribute to preserve the condition of the boat by avoiding a premature deterioration due to effects of weather (storm, rain, wind, snow, frost, …), and by protecting your boat from vandalism.
An indoor dry berth is the ideal solution for benefitting fully from your boat while limiting upkeep expenses!

Is the site safe and secure?
Yes. The dry berth area is under surveillance by a guard and additionally secured by several alarm systems.
Are the ambient conditions inside the buildings good?
Yes. The boats are stored under optimal conditions: a temperature of 5° Celsius minimum, electrical installations in conformity with the standards, and a guarantee that no work will be done in the storage halls.
Self-supporting walkways provide easy access and guarantee the safety of the boat during maintenance work.
Can my boat be damaged by frost?
No. The building is heated to guarantee a minimum temperature of 5° Celsius throughout the year.
Can I start cruising any time?
Yes. Quite simply call our team one week in advance, and your boat will be in the water on the day of your arrival.
Can my boat be damaged by lifting it out and launching it?
No. Our technicians have got all the competence and equipment required for handling your boat with the utmost care.
Will there be extra costs for me if my boat will lie in the harbour for some weeks?
No. The offer includes a dry berth indoors, or a berth in the water, which will always be available in our boat harbour, without any additional costs, no matter for how long your boat will be moored in the water.
Can I freely decide for how long I want to book a berth?
Yes. Depending on your plans you can book a berth on a monthly or yearly basis, either on land or in the water.
Does it pay off to have a dry berth?
Yes. If a boat is stored outside of water and protected, there will be less cost for upkeep than for a boat in water being exposed to all weather conditions.
This results in less antifouling, better protection of the anodes, less corrosion or osmosis, and so on.
