Freycinet-gauge barge currently used as a concert hall and brasserie. Completely refitted in 2007 (hull, floors, superstructure, etc.) Authorized to receive the public, it can accommodate up to 99 people. Its floating establishment certificate is valid until 2028. The deck features a large terrace for summer entertaining. The interior features a bar area, a showroom with stage, a control room, a kitchen, WCs, a technical room and numerous storage spaces. The boat still has the original sailor’s accommodation, which is used as a dressing room for the artists.

The equipment of kitchen, bar, sound and lighting and furniture are up for negotiation.
