This bright and comfortable 16-meter barge, measuring 4.30 meters wide and built in 2000, is ideal for both river cruising and life on board. It offers a spacious and welcoming living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, 220V oven, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave), open to a dining area and a helm station.

This houseboat has two cabins: a forward cabin with a large central double bed and another cabin used as an office. In addition, two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and electric toilet, complete the comfortable layout. Originally, the boat had three cabins, and it would be easy to revert to this configuration.

On the technical side, the barge is powered by a 130 hp John Deere diesel engine and equipped with a 9 hp Sidepower bow thruster, hydraulic steering, and an electric windlass. Generous tanks provide excellent autonomy: 2,600 L of fuel, 2,900 L of fresh water, and 60 L for black water.

Outside, a bathing platform and a gangway offer extra space for relaxation and easy access on board.

The last hull sandblasting was carried out in 2022. A survey was also carried out in 2022.
