This pretty barge in very good condition is a Luxemotor model built in 2003 by Sagar. The design of its hull is similar to that of the Piper shipyards.

Thanks to its shallow draught, it can be sailed anywhere, thanks to its economical engine.

The interior is full of charm and possibilities. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge/dining room and two cabins with two bathrooms.  The entire floor was redone in March 2024.The bed in the back bedroom can be positioned differently for a more comfortable layout. This barge has lots of windows, most of which are double-glazed, making it a well-insulated boat.

You’ll find a beautiful terrace at the front and a second one at the back. This barge is also equipped with solar panels and a generator, so is completely self-sufficient. It’s ideal for river cruising, but can also be sailed on the coast with its CE category C certificate.

Already occupied year-round, it’s perfect for a life-on-the-water project.
