Liveaboard Luxemotor barge built in 1927 equipped with a vintage Kromhout two-cylinder engine. The exterior paintwork is to be done. The wheelhouse offers a steering position and access to the aft cabin. The main accommodation consists of a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, a bathroom and two additional cabins.

The Luxemotor is known for its hull shape which creates very few waves thanks to a pronounced bow and a “hen’s butt” stern.
