Discover this 39.08-meter-long, 5.10-meter-wide Freycinet barge, built in 1966 by the Thuin shipyard in Belgium. A Michot model, it originally transported goods such as cereals, coal, and fertilizers before being converted to accommodate the public.
Today, the hold offers 60 m² of accessible space, which can be adapted to create a stage area. In compliance with current regulations, it can host up to 195 people standing (including staff and guests).
The interior layout includes two dressing rooms, a functional bar/kitchen (gas hob, 220V refrigerator, 220V oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher), and sanitary facilities, ensuring comfort and practicality for hosting events. Outside, a spacious deck can accommodate around 50 people standing, providing an ideal outdoor social area.
Additionally, the 39.08-meter Freycinet barge features a private area with an owner’s cabin, including a lounge with a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with WC, offering true onboard comfort.
For safety, the boat is equipped with a surveillance camera, a gas detector, and a fire detector.
Combining history, charm, and versatility, this barge is an exceptional platform for cultural, artistic, or event projects.
