This 1931 Luxemotor barge, measuring 28.06 metres in length, combines authentic charm with comfortable living on board. Classified as a Boat of Heritage Interest (BIP), it offers a layout adapted to modern use, whether for cruises, as a main residence or for a bed and breakfast project.

The main living area consists of a large kitchen opening onto a spacious, bright lounge. Two cabins accommodate passengers, and a bathroom with shower and toilet completes this functional layout.
